To verify your identity, use our app to take a picture of your passport or ID card and a selfie. The details provided in your profile must match with those in the document. The verification might take to several days. Once successfully completed, we’ll increase your transfer limit.
Please note that we don’t accept temporary or long-term Residence Permit as a proof of address document.
To verify your home address, use our app to take a photo of your utility bill, credit card statement or bank account statement.

A debit or credit card linked to an account in EUR will be charged the exact same amount in EUR as indicated in the app. If your payment card currency is different from EUR, your bank’s exchange rate applies to convert the amount to EUR.
Note: the bank that issued your debit or credit card may charge additional fees for initiating the transaction. For more information on potential fees, please contact your bank directly.
Currently you can send money using VISA, Mastercard or Maestro cards issued in one of EU member states, the UK, Norway, Liechtenstein or Iceland.

You can check the transfer status in “My transfers” tab in KoronaPay app.
You can pick up your transfers in cash at Zolotaya Korona or KoronaPay partner locations. The list is available on our website and in our app. Make sure you’ve checked the location’s working hours before visiting.
Before the transfer payout, the payout partner may request confirmation of the details provided by the sender. If the recipient’s details are incorrect, the payout may be refused.
Therefore, if there’s a mistake, ask the sender to correct it. The data will be updated immediately.
